A Story That Began in 1992

GSD Gestion was founded on October 15, 1992, when Jacques Gautier, then President of the firm, made the deliberate choice to create an asset management company that combined genuine independence with rigorous client service. The firm received AMF approval under number GP 92-18 at inception, establishing a regulatory foundation that has underpinned our operations for over three decades. In its early years, GSD Gestion focused on discretionary mandate management of direct securities, building a loyal client base through consistent performance and transparent communication. From 2003 onwards, the firm extended its offer into collective investment by launching a range of traditional mutual funds spanning bonds, French equities, European equities, and international equities. As client needs evolved, so did the group: GSD Conseil was established to address life insurance planning, and GSD Immobilier was created to bring real estate expertise under the same trusted umbrella. In 2013, the integration of Republic AM's alternative management capabilities further strengthened the group's investment toolkit. Today, GSD Gestion manages over €100 million in assets on behalf of more than 1,000 clients, a milestone that reflects decades of earned trust.
